The hotel is conveniently located not in the center of town but close enough via taxi or public transport. It is in a residential neighborhood and just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms are spacious and bright with modern decor, and the bathrooms feature large walk-in showers with powerful water jets. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

One downside is that the hotel could improve on the quality of their mattresses.

The hotel had a young and clean atmosphere, and the staff were cute. They directed me to the Green Room, where I found a variety of free food and drinks, including sandwiches, dips, and desserts. The room itself was much larger than expected, with comfortable beds and a range of amenities. The hotel also offered a pillow menu for those with back or neck problems, and the cleanliness was perfect. the hotel provided an open bar with juices, water, and small sandwiches, a convenient and generous touch.

The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent, and the lounge area had wonderful snacks. The gym was nice, and we enjoyed the yoga mats provided in our room. The friendly atmosphere made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The quiet rooms and the inclusion of drinks and snacks in the price were a great bonus.

We had a last-minute change of plans and Artiem Madrid came to our rescue. The spacious rooms and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. The complimentary minibar and amazing coffee machine added a special touch to our stay. The staff were very good too make us feel welcome, and their willingness to help was unmatched. I highly recommend Artiem Madrid for a wonderful stay in the city.
